Post Microwave will not heat

I have a 1996 Kenmore microwave model number 721.89941490 SN 610KM15807 that just stopped heating. Everything else works as required. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hi,

**microwave that just stopped heating**

How?

Runs but not cooking? Sits there dead? Clock counts down but nothing else is happening/running? Makes a strange noise?

A wee bit more info and someone should be able to help

jeff.

Was written after a GE microwave question, but same principles/tests, this may help...
