Default Kenmore 70 series washer unbalanced

Hi all,

I have a Kenmore series 70 model 110.81878810 and it has been a great machine so far...until I moved

I moved only a few miles away from my old place, so I just put the washer in the back of a pickup (standing). The washer sat for a while (I was using the washer that came with the house) but when I finally decided to hook it up I notice the washer was unbalanced. I played with the legs but the washer still shakes quite a bit while spinning. The floor in my laundry room is not very sturdy (old farm house) so I thought that could be part of the issue, but the other washer didn't shake while on the same area.
Do you have any idea of what may be wrong with my machine? My guess is that something happened to the suspension during the move, but I have no clue on how to diagnose that, or what parts to change. I know nothing about washers but I am good fixing things so if you point me to the right direction I could probably fix it.

Thanks a bunch!
G

Hi,

Does your self-adjusting rear stabilizer legs move up and down if you tilt your washer forward, when you manually move them with your hands?

If that checks ok, then its possible your suspension plate is not right, this link will help you reset it:
