Default Kenmore Freezer drawer sticking

My daughter has a Kenmore fridge with a freezer drawer on the bottom. The drawer slide on the right is free but the one on the left is stuck.I looked at it the last time I was there but didn't see anything obvious.Has anyone seen this problem?

Ok, that model is made by LG. I have not had to change any of these on the LG models, just on the Kenmore's made by Amana.

I would recommend contacting Sears to come out to your daughter's house to repair it.

If another tech. or member has repaired this problem hopefully they can post the fix here.

Is there any chance this can be an Amana? When my daughter and her husband bought it, Sears told them it was Like an Amana or Whirlpool using the same water filter.
