Unhappy Elite HE3 110.6708 blows circuit breaker

Just purchased new HE3 Elite Washer and Dryer. When I turn dryer on, it heats up for about 10 minutes then blows house circuiit breaker. House is brand new and I had an electrician evaluate house - no issues - 30 amp circuit. Called Sears, technician determined heating element defective. Suggested I just get a replacement dryer. Did so and just had new dryer installed - same issue. Sears is sending tech back out (someday soon). Any thoughts on what is wrong?

Thanks

Its either a problem when they are wiring the power cord to your dryer's terminal block, or its in the house.

This link shows you how the power cord connects to the dryer:

White is always neutral, always goes on the middle dryer terminal. Black and Red always goes on the side terminals, doesn't matter Black on left or right, Red on left or right. Never in the middle for black and red.
