Default Kenmore gas range "PF" display

Once again, I'm having trouble with another one of my Kenmore appliances. This time it's my oven. Sometimes, for no reason, whenever the oven is on a higher setting (anything above 400) the oven shuts off and I get the "PF" display. This happens after the oven has been on for a while. Ordinarily, this is supposed to happen if there is a power failure, but there hasn't been one.
When this oven was new (4 years ago) we had the same problem and Sears came out and fixed it, free of charge. Something about "This problem happens a lot..." and they changed a of sensor or something. Now it's happening again. Any ideas what the problem is, or which sensor may be on the fritz? I've totally HAD it with Kenmore appliances! The model number is 665.72002/72004/72012/72014/...(<----one of those)

I believe its a hi-limit thermostat on the back wall, behind the range.

After reading that, I thought I'd better be more specific. On the back wall of the range up by the top below the console. Sorry about that.

For some reason I'm having a hard time looking up that model. I was thinking it had a 2 wire thermostat much like a dryer t-stat on the back. If not, I think Jake is right it's most likely the sensor.
