My 70 series model # 11022722100 will not fill (cold or hot water, nothing), but it will spin and drain when i add water from the hose. When i turn it on in the wash cycle there are no noises or foul smells. Any ideas on how to fix this?

If I fill it with the hose, it still will not agitate.

Sounds possibly like your water level pressure switch may be bad.

You would need to open your console as shown here:
Removing the End Caps on Kenmore model#110 Whirlpool built
Pull forward and up on the console and you can hinge it open and hanging from the hinges.

Then with no water in your washer take that clear hose off to it and blow into that water level pressure switch and you should hear a clicking sound.
