Greetings I moved into a home that has a Kenmore selfcleaning Mark 3. How do you get the metal insert between oven door to drop down? I have not used the self cleaning but I have accidently turned self cleaning knob and heard this grinding sound. I noticed the metal insert is partially up in oven door. How do I get this to drop back in place so I can see through the glass again? Please reply. Thank you. From Susan
