Default Kenmore Elite Microwave 665.68681891

My microwave is about 7-8 years old, never had a problem. 2-3 weeks ago, the inlet cover (looks like a rectangular piece of thin cardboard), goes over the propeller on the ceiling of the microwave, and attached by 4 little plastic tacks, fell a part.ffice:office" />

I ordered from Sears what I thought was the same exact part (I went by their diagram), but it turns out that ffice:smarttags" />Kenmore had this part replaced, and now I received two thick plastic covers. One cover goes inside the other, and then attached over the propeller. The problem is that the tacks are still the same. They were more than long enough to go through the original "cardboard" cover, and they can go through each of the plastic covers separately, but put together the tacks are too short. There were no instructions, and when I call Sears they told me if I cannot figure it out, then they need to send someone out, which there is no way I am going to do.

As anyone come across this? Can I use only one of the plastic covers? Is it dangerous?

Please Help!

Hi,

I haven't installed the new wave guide cover kit yet.
I tried to find some info on the new part# and came up with zip.
