    Default kenmore elite agitator fills, drains will not spin

    Hi, I have a kenmore elite model# 11022932100, I've just replaced the dogs on this and now it fills up, will drain, but will not agitate? All I hear is what seems like a buzzing noise, or a slipping noise? Read many options, like basket drive, direct drive washer. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

    I would first check your motor coupler, this link will guide you through it, read #5 here:

    Default No Spin, Motor Coupler

    Jake, Thank You for your help, this is exactly what you said it was, the motor coupler. I really appreciate your help and everyone on these blogs that share their knowledge and expertise with these appliances.
