Default Kenmore Coldspot Condenser Fan?

Hi and thank you so much for these forums, they have helped me so many times!
Now it is time for me to post, I just can't seem to get this problem fixed.

I have a 3 year old Kenmore Coldspot - Model #106-51269104.
The area between the fridge and freezer is VERY HOT to the touch and the first water out of the dispenser is hot as well (inside temp of fridge and freezer is fine).
I cleaned the condenser coils and it cooled off slightly. Then I checked the fan. It was not running, I touched it and it started... it ran for about 10 minutes.
Checked it again, cleaned the entire area around the fan and it started again... for about ten minutes.
Do I need to replace the fan motor? Is there another part that "tells" the fan when to come on? It just can't seem to start by itself.
Any help would be very appreciated.

Yes, you will need a new condenser fan motor.

Here is the one for your model you can order:

Thank you for your reply.
The link takes me to The Parts Guide and it does not recognize my model number.
I am unable to find it. Could you help me find it? =) I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

I just checked that link, it takes me right to the condenser motor order info page.

Check it again.

Jake,
Just had to come back to say thank you SO much!
It took me a while to order it but the motor came in just one day and I installed it this morning and my fridge is running great, nice and cool for the first time in months.
For a housewife to be able to repair a fridge and save on an appliance repairman and now save on my energy bill is wonderful.
You guys are awesome, I have and will continue to recommend you to everyone I know.
