It sounds like possibly your reed switch is bad.

Is the magnet under the dispenser drawer secure? I've seen many just fall out and cause the ddo error code.

Here's the reed switch assembly for your model:

    Default motor or transmission

my washer will not agitate properly when it sounds like it should be moving i push on the large wheel(pulley) in back and it will agitate 9 or 10 ten motions then stops i do it many times to get wash to cycle through when it comes to final spin it takes a lot of coaxing to spin or i unload half the clothes to get it to spin it seems to be motor or transmission whats the difference or do i not have a transmission? thanks

Ok, on this model you don't have a transmission, just the motor that turns the big pulley in the back of your drum.

When its in the wash cycle does it move the inner basket one way, then reverses the other way?

Is all the water draining out of it before the final spin? Because if the water pump is clogged and not draining properly it won't spin correctly.

Take off the front bottom access panel and you will see a tech. data sheet that will tell you what to test as far as the motor is concerned.

    Let us know.
