Question KitchenAid Superba keypad + probe problem

    Model Number: KEMS377DWH6
    Brand: KitchenAid

    KitchenAid model KEMS377DWH6 , s/n XH4501010.
When I turn on the oven it asks for the meat probe to be put in. It won't allow the oven to start without it. I will have to put the probe in to get it to start. (Although I don't need to use the probe for my cooking). It will then start and run for several seconds, then shut off the oven. The probelm was intermittant at first, but now I can't clear it. The oven won't stay running. No error codes shown.
    Any help would be appreciated.
