Need help with error code F09, Kenmore Elite Ht3 #110.42922200
My frontload wash machine displayed error code F09 two days ago. I did some researching, and know that this code indicates an overfill problem. Feeling as if this a little over my head, I called a local repairman, he unscrewed the drain pumpfilter and found it was clogged with a bunch of junk, looked like pieces of tights, some rubber bands, etc. He cleaned it out, and it seemed to work fine.
Now, today, I got the same error code again. Since I watched the repairman work on the washer, I was able to get to the drain pump. I unscrewed the filter, but there wasn't anything in there like there had been a few days earlier.
I have a few questions. First, can anyone please give me detailed instructions on how to check any possible hoses or other areas inside the washer that could be obstructing the water from draining?
Second, I know that this error code could also be caused from the pressure switch or the pump not working properly. Could someone please tell me if there is a way that I could determine for certain one of these parts isn't working properly?
I really need to be able to do this repair myself, if at all possible. I'm a single mom and can't afford to call out another repairman, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does it seem to drain faster now?
If you can't find anything ELSE in your water pump filter, then its likely you'll need to remove the tub to pump hose#4 here:
by removing the #3 clamp and the drain ball#2 and check for more clogs.
Have some old towels down to soak up any water that comes out.
