Default refigerator is warm inside, freezer is cold

    Model Number: KSRS25IKSS01
    Brand: KitchenAid

Hi, this is a new to us refrigerator, we bought it from the seller of our new house; I knew the price tag was too good to be true. Anyhow, the top portion of the refrigerator is warm although it is turned to the coldest setting (bought a thermometer and it is running over 45 degrees) the lower you go the colder it gets, until the stuff in the bottom meat drawer was frozen. The freezer seems just fine.
Any suggestions? I vacuumed the coils and behind, but it could probably be better. Didn’t seem to make any difference though.
    Thanks!

How long has it been plugged in and running?

    This doesn't make sense.

As far as I know since they bought it. They said it was 3 years old. I was pretty much empty when we moved in, really dirty though.

I have warm milk and frozen hamburger all in the same compartment.

I really don't know, this is not a common issue I've seen before.

Can you hear the freezer fan running when you open the freezer door?

Ok, then I'm not sure where the problem lies.

You'll likely need a tech. to come out, as this is a "out of the norm" problem.
