Default Can a coil top range be converted to glass top

The house we bought has a fairly new electric coil top range. I was wondering if it is possible to convert it to a glass top. Thanks!

Just when I thought I heard it all someone surprises me
I have never done such a conversion nor have I heard of it being done but having said that it surely does not mean it can't be done. The best source for an answer to that question is probably the manufacturer (Frigidaire). Let's for as brief a moment as possible ASSUME that it CAN be done. Can you take a guess as to what it would cost by the time you purchase a new glass top, 4 glass top burners and 4 burner switches??????

Well just thought I would ask I wasn't sure what the cost of parts would be but I am guessing expensive from the prior post... Guess I will just deal with this one for the time being.
