Ice formation in the bottom of friz frequently
Ice is forming once a week under the freezer (in the bottom of friz). I had to chisel out the ice and some times water is also leaking on to the floor. Cleaned the back of friz with vacuum but no use. Also the front temperature display is showing 88 instead of actual temperature intermittently and making a different sound ( 3 beeps..) when door is closed. Not sure what to do about it. Thanks in advance for your comments.

It sounds like your defrost drain hole is clogged and not letting defrost water down the drain line to your drip pan underneath your refrigerator.
I haven't worked on these models yet, but usually you just take the back panel off from inside your freezer, then you will see the defrost drain trough under your evaporator coils. Just use a hair dryer and hot water to melt the ice and clear the hole.
I use a evaporator cooler spider snake:
They are used basically in Arizona to clean out the water pump tubes that run to the cooler pads.
I don't know if they would sell them in your area, but if you go to your local hardware store, they should have something similar to run down your drain hole to clean it completely out.
