    Exclamation Fridge/freezer not cold

    Model Number: FRS23BH6CS0
    Brand: Electrolux
    Age: 6-10 years

My Fridgidare/Electrolux looks great but isn't keeping anything cold/frozen. It makes noise still like it's working. I cleaned the dust off the coils by the fan to see if that worked but nothing changed in 12 hrs. It is $$ to replace but not sure it's worth repairing.

Against the back wall? Frost free failure possible...

If inside on the shelves and such, maybe someone left the door open?

The door has not been left open but the back side of the freezer is frosting up and from what I can see behind the shield where the coils are is all frosted up as well. I just need to find the right tool to take the bolts off.

    Frost free failure very possible.
