Sounds like either the door latch assembly or control board is bad.

Here's the repair manual for your model, put it through a diagnostics(page 62 in the repair manual) to see if an error code comes up:
Affinity Horizontal Axis Front-Load Washer (6000 & 7000 Series) repair manual:
    www.applianceblog.com/manuals/5995456851_affinity_washer.pdf

Here's how to test the door lock latch switch assembly:

Remove the door lock assembly andmeasure the resistance of the PTC.

The PTC is the wax motor(the piece that sticks out with the 2 metal terminal ends) on the door lock assembly. You will need an ohm meter to test that.

If it reads 1500 ohms, then its fine, and the problem would be the control board.

    Yup,

I agree sounds like a clog in your drain pump, or your drain pump is bad.

I have a similar problem with the same machine. When running any wash cycle the system will repeatedly go into pause. Error code was E11.

While I am on a well I have consistent pressure. Ideas? Thanks!

E11 says FILL TIME TOO LONG(REFER TO TEST 1)

Check your water inlet valve screens(where your water supply line fill hoses connect to) , they may be semi-clogged, seen that a lot on my customers that have well water.

If thats fine, keep doing what it says to check in TEST 1

Jake, need your help. I have Frigidaire Affinity washer (ATF6000FS2) that has a similar problem to those described earlier in this thread. The washer turns off unexpectedly during its cycle and then the display will blink. The blinking will go intermittently and it will also make a hard click like it is tripping a relay or the door lock is engaging. This last bit does not happen all the time but occasionally. I had a certified Frigidaire service company come take a look at the unit and they diagnosed a problem with the main control panel. I replaced the control panel myself and had the exact same issues the second I started up the unit. I had the service company come back out to diagnose the unit again. They thought it was a defective replacement part so I replaced the control panel again. The unit is having the exact same problems. I called the service number at Electrolux and they don't provide real technical help over the phone. I have been unsuccessful in getting the unit to stay on long enough to display an error code. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the control board you replaced?

Ohm test the door latch/lock switch first to make sure its not bad.

To test the door lock switch:
Remove the door lock assembly and
measure the resistance of the PTC.

The PTC is the wax motor on the door lock assembly. You will need an ohm meter to test that, its the white(some are orange) piece that sticks out in the photo below. Unplug your washer first before accessing and testing it, remove the 2 wires from it as well.

If it reads 1500 ohms, then its fine.

Let us know what you find.

That is the control board that I replaced. I just measured the resistance on the leads and it measures 1,150 ohms. Is this my problem? If so, do I replace the entire latch assembly?

Yes, then the door latch switch is the problem, yes you replace the entire assembly.
