    Default upper track

    Model Number: KUDE70FXPA1
    Brand: KitchenAid
    Age: 1-5 years

I need to replace the track for the upper rack (not the removal top one) and can't see how to replace it. I have the part, but need instructions. Thanks!

That model# didn't pull up as good, please recheck it. Read it from the tag inside the tub frame.

Click here: Appliance Parts at RepairClinic. 125 Brands. 365 Day Returns.

Then you will see a link that says: Help me find my model number.

Also post the part number for that part you received.

Dishwasher model# KUDEFXPA1, part # W10311156. Got the part from appliancepartspros.com, it looks correct, but I'm not sure what the attachment is. Do I pry the old one off, or do I need to pull the whole unit out because the attachment is through the side?

Ok, when I type that model in appliancepartspros website I get about 20 models: Parts for KUDEFXPA1 - AppliancePartsPros.com

Now are you reading the model from the tag?

If you are absolutely thats the correct model# then I'm stumped as well, and I can't help you, you'd have to ask them for assistance.

The model # is correct. Type in the search bar on their main page and it gives diagrams. The part is the side track on the "upper rack and track parts" diagram.

I did type it in, no diagrams just parts.

Did you look to the left where it says: Matching Model Numbers If you click any of those 20 model numbers then you get the diagrams for that model.

Take a digital photo of your model number tag and post it here.

See you were missing the 70 between the "E" and "F".

    Thats what I needed.

Now to change it you have to pull the dishwasher out and you will see screws on the outer tub assembly that holds mounts it in place.
