Default Samsung washer dc error during spin

    Model Number: WF338AWW/XAA
    Brand: Samsung
    Age: 1-5 years

During spin cycle washer will not spin at full speed. It spins at slow speed, starts to speed up and then stops and repeats the process. Eventually it give "dc" error.

During a "test spin", it will go ahead and spin up to full speed, but it shakes a little bit as it builds up speed. The shaking diminishes as it gets to higher speed.

The shaking is why you're getting the dc error code. An unbalance or cabinet bump was detected during the final spin and won't let it exceed 400 rpm. Check for the cause of the unbalance condition.
