Default Dishwasher doesn't clean properly, presence of greasy water near the filter

    Model Number: SHE6AP02UC/06
    Brand: Bosch
    Age: 1-5 years

    Hi!

My Bosch dishwasher hasn't been cleaning dishes very well recently and it's only getting worse.

When I removed the filter at the bottom I saw what seems to be stale and very greasy water sitting there. Apart from that place there is not visible stale water anywhere else....

It appears to be doing its cycles properly but obviously the water that's circulated is somewhat soiled...

What kind of problem could that be?

    Thank you!

    Nick

    Hi!

As far as I can tell water seems to be arriving in the dishwasher properly (if I start it and open the door I can see water dripping from everywhere).

The drain pump seems to be, at least, partially draining it too...

The dishes themselves were not properly cleaned (it was very visible on anything made of glass)...

Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong?

    Thank you!

    Nick
