Default Star Shaped Screwdriver - Whirlpool GU1200

I'm having some problems with the dishwaher not washing. It goes through all the cycles, but never actually sprays (washes) the dishes. I think its the Wash motor. Before replacing it, I want to ensure the problem isn't something simple like a blocked Chopper blade.

Where can I get the special screwdriver needed to remove the drain cover in the washer tub? It looks like it requires a star-shaped screwdriver. Can I get this at Home Depot? What's it called?
