There are some numbers on the electronic parts - would that be of any use?
It might be possible to trace such a number to a dishwasher model which uses the same part. A number off the electronic control itself might be the most useful.

The number off of the circuit panel(?) is R4R0QVGC

Don't know if the O is a letter or a number.

Sorry, that number may be some kind of stock # from the control manufacturer but not a part number of the dishwasher manufacturer which is the only thing we could trace.

We would need a Whirlpool or Hobart KitchenAid part number which are usually 6-7 numeric digits (ie. all numbers) or 6 numeric digits, a dash then another single digit (eg. 240726-1). Sometimes that last example may be preceded by a single letter (eg. D240726-1).

8269996 is the number of a Whirlpool dishwasher detergent dispenser assembly (see the following link) but I can find not listing for the other #.

    LINK > Whirlpool Dispenser # 8269996

The same dispenser is used on too many different dishwasher models (see below) to help narrow down your machine. Those models include (but not necessarily limited to) the following:

The part number of the electronic control on your model might be able to be used to narrow the list more or at least to come up with an applicable wiring diagram for it. :?

But if you are getting power to the control but the control is not working, I would think it would have to be defective.

Glad to hear it wasn't something really expensive like the electronic control itself. Thanks for the follow up.

BTW. Most of the models listed above seem to use the same fuse on the control panel (see below) but if it were open (ie. defective) I wouldn't think any power could get to the board as you originally reported was occurring.
