Washer will not spin. It fills and just stops. The Drain cycle works. In the Spin cycle, I can here the drain pump but the drum wont turn. The belt is not off. and the drum turns freely by hand. Diagnostics returned code E20

E20= spinning aborted due to unbalanced load and fault occured on in last 8 washes. Faults are stored for servicer info and unit is supposed to work. Try unplugging for 10min and turn back on. Fault is still stored for srvcr. They did have some motor control board issues but diagnostic tests need to be done to isolate problem. Give full model and serial for reference.

Unplugging did not help. How do I diagnose if it is the Motor Control Board?

Honestly, it is better to call authorized rprman. Try to make sure he brings motor control board for one time fix. Call Bosch customer service first and maybe they have some do-it-yourself fix/test. It would be worth it to get auth tech to repair. sorry- not easy to self repair problem when not properly diagnosed. does door locked indicator come on? if not, problem is with door lock instead.
