Hi,

**agitated, won't drain at any cycle**

Is the washer running and not draining or going dead in the drain modes?

If it is going dead, check the lid switch.

If the motor's running during spin/drain but the washer is just not draining, the pump or its hoses may be plugged, the pump defective or the pump may have just fallen off the motor. It's just held on by a couple of clips.

If neither the drain nor spin is functioning, the lid switch or timer might be suspect and need to be checked.
