    Default zanussi zwd1471w

    Model Number: zwd1471w
    Brand: other
    Age: 1-5 years

I have a zwd1471w washling machine and i keep getting a e20 error message on the screen. I have emptied out the drain filter and also taken out the drain pump to check the impeler which is free from any debris. the machine runs ok until it gets to the rinse-drain cycle. then the timer moves and in order for you to complete the cycle then i have to manually drain it and then select spin.
Any help on this would be great
    Thanks
