problem with KUDP01DLWHO
purchased in Feb. 2003. Most recent problem was a grinding noise and black smoke coming out of the top of the dishwasher.Lucky the kitchen didn't catch on fire. Kitchenaid said they would send someone out in 5 days, but day 5 has come and gone and the service people were a no show even after several phone calls. Anyone else with similar problems-or a # for kitchenaid where I can get results? this one was not part of the recall.
