Whirlpool Gold Dryer drum will not turn.
It blows and heats and I can hear the motor running but the drum does not turn. Do these things have belts? I took the back off and could not see anything. What could be the problem?

Thanks Jake! I am curious about getting the belt back on without stretching or breaking it. Do I put the drum in first and then try to line the belt up as good as possible then putting it on the motor pulley last?

Yes, the drum goes in first, then the belt. The belt comes with complete instructions.

OK so I just realized as I went to put the belt on that the reason it broke is because the roller underneath the drum near the motor broke and must have cut the belt. The screws look like they came loose on the bracket on the bottom of the dryer. Is there a detailed diagram of how to put it back and where can I find the part number for a whole new bracket and roller?

Here's the diagram that shows your belt#39 and your idler pulley#38:

The Idler pulley#38 is what you need correct? It has the roller that your belt loops on.
Here's the one for your model you can order:
Manufacturer's Number: 691366
