PDF Referal fo Duet Dryer
Hey Jake,
you and I appear to have similar paths in the appliance repair business! Graduated from the USAF in 1991...joined the Sears team in 1992 as lawn and garden tech for 2 years...decided to take the appliance repair test site unseen for the Columbus, Oh product service location....8 years later ..after the implentation of the HHT "hand held terminal, I decided to vie them my 2 day notice...today I quit!!!! This is the condensed version of my life to present..later worked for 3 mom and paps in Columbus to include a dear friend who happened to be Jake also. He was my true mentor and for all practical purposes was just a Good ole Boy...left the appliance repair business, worked for Direct TV as an installer, finally one day just couldn't get on a ladder anymore. back to a local appliance tech position, this time something just clicked in my head...my pastor of all people asked me to install a disposer and a 18" dw...successful as you can imagine...still at this time working for Direct TV..but really intersted in finally breaking loose from the corporate ladder..July 2003 I passed out 1000 flyers. I got 2 hits...on my way. I'm happy to say I'm starting my 7th year...and I love every day I get up..the knees are failing miserably, but with 4500 hrs on the podium as an USAF Avionics instructor and 10 years plus on 20 various aircraft not to mention 2 years in Direct TV I figure not to bad all things considered...that brings me to a condensed summary..Good luck and great things in your future. let's brain storm sometime. Hi Doug,
So you still work for Directv? or did you quit Sears today?
The main reason I quit Sears, the company has no-sense of anything anymore. They stalled me FOR TOO LONG, when I needed a proper truck stock on my A&E Factory Service van, as they wanted me to run Sears service calls with A&E Factory Service calls and keep my production numbers up, theres no way in hell thats possible with the just A&E truck stock the van came with. I gave them 6 months to fix my truck stock, plenty of time, 6 months came and went, then I gave my 2 weeks notice.
I've never regretted quiting Sears to start my own appliance repair company and keeping this website going.

9200 vs. 9250
Do you know the difference between the GGW9200 and the 9250. I have a a GGW9250PL1 and noticed that you had provided a link for the repair manual for the 9200.
Thanks,
Mark

I don't know what the difference is Mark, thats the only repair manual I have.
But it should be the same internally for the working parts.

My 9250 was bought at Costco, maybe it was to prevent other retailers from having to price match.
