All the indicators should be lit. If they are not lit then do the test in post #2 I first gave you.

If all the indicators are on, pressing buttons and rotating the cycle selector will turn off the corresponding indicator and sound a beep. While in diagnostic mode push the start button and the motor and heater will turn on.

Pressing start does not turn the motor and heater on. Pressing other buttons does make the motor and heater go on. I will put a meeter on it tomorrow as suggested in post #2 and let you know what those results are. Thanks so much for your time. All lights are on.

Tell me what other buttons makes the motor run and heater come on so I don't have to guess. My crystal ball is broken. Wrinkle Shield button is the only other button that will start the inlet air flow diagnosis. The difference between Diagnostic test mode and Manual load test is one more, release for two seconds-press and hold for two seconds.

Im sorry it was late last night and I thought I had made it clear in post Post #1 and post #7 that when I press the "Wrinkle Shield" button the dryer seems to function. I did press one other button that made it turn on and I looked closer this morning and it is the "Cycle Signal" button.
I also pressed and released the start button for 2 more seconds this morning and the dryer turned on. Turning the cycle selector switch from "delicate" to "touch up" would produce numbers on the panel.
delicate - :03 - the drum spins, heater, and light is on.
casual - :04 - drum stopps spinning, heater and light is off.
normal - :00 - drum spins and heater is on. Light is off
Bulky Items - :02 - drum spins and heater is on. Light is off
heavy duty - :03 - he drum spins, heater, and light is on.
timed dry - :02 - drum spins and heater is on. Light is off
touch up - :03 the drum spins, heater, and light is on.
The cancel button turns it off.

In diagnostic test mode the Cycle Signal button controls all the LED's above the button (Amber-Off-Green) and starts displaying Line voltage diagnostic.
In manual load test, the motor starts right away, the "Sensing" Status LED turns on and 0:00 is displayed. The heating element should not turn on.
Try running both tests again using a button other than the start button. After you enter the diagnostic mode and all the indicators are lit and 8:88 is displayed, press the same button you used to enter the test mode just once. See if there is an error code. If none are displayed press the pause cancel button to exit the test mode. Then activate manual load test the same way as the diagnostic mode only adding an additional release for 2 seconds>press and hold for 2 seconds. Use a button other than the start button. If the motor is running and the status LED is on and 0:00 is displayed, use the same button to step through the sequence. The next push of the button is Motor+full heater>Damp status LED turns on>0:02 is displayed. Next push same button is Motor+full heater+drum light>Cool down status LED turns on>0:03 is displayed. Next push is All loads turn off>Done status LED turns on>0:04 is displayed. Press pause cancel to exit the test.

I used the temprature button for the tests.
In diagnostic mode all leds are on. Pressing the botton one more time does not change the status.
In Manual test mode I stepped through the test and got the results you posted above.
0:00 motor runs status light on.
0:02 motor runs full heater damp status light
0:03 Motor full heater and light, cool down status led on
0:04 all off status lled is on done

OK, now do the tests in post #2. If the tests check good you may have to replace the console electronics and housing assembly.

I tried out you suggestion in post #2.
There was continuity between the L1 terminal of the plug and P9-2 (black wire) on the machine control board.
There was continuity between the Neutral terminal of the plug and P8-3 (white wire) on the machine control board.
I did some more reading of the documentation and did some additional tests. I measured the resistance across P8-4 and P9-1 and came up with value of 3 ohms. I believe this to be the issue.

You're probably right. Between 1 and 6 ohms is says to replace the machine electronics. It's very unusual for the machine electronics to be faulty and not give you an error code or flash L2 in the diagnostic mode. Usually if the machine electronics is faulty the machine will power up but not start when you push the start button. Maybe double check your ohm reading again and be sure to remove the wires from those terminals first. Here is the machine electronics for your model. If you order it through this site and it doesn't fix the problem, you can exchange it for the console electronics and housing assembly.
