    Default Door leaks lots (!) on soak cycle

    Love my Whirlpool Duet washing machine. However, it leaks big time on the soak cycle (four or five big towels worth!). None of the other cycles are affected. I bought the machine in October 2004 so it's no longer under warrenty. I've called Whirlpool customer service and talked to a manager who said they've never heard of the problem. Also, I've called a number of repair shops who have also never heard of the problem. The boot is perfect and the door locks fine. Fortunately, the machine only leaks on the soak cycle so I can use it on all the other cycles. However, a new $1000 machine shouldn't have this problem! Help!
