Default Kitchenaid Microwave Replacement

Has anybody had any luck with Kitchenaid in replacing a new microwave that has turned out to be a lemon? We have a new high end microwave (part of a kitchen remodel complete with a full set of new Kitchenaid appliances) that has been a complete bust. First issue was a turntable motor. This went out 4 weeks after installation. It took SEVEN weeks to get a replacement part only to find out a control panel was bad. After another 2 weeks a second control panel was determined to be bad. The repair tech indicates there are 5 boards in succession and believes they have all been shorted out. They can/will only order and replace one at a time so we are talking weeks (after Christmas) before we have the potential to fix it. I am furious with Kitchaid as they have been absolutely worthless during this process. They have indicated the wait time on the original turntable part was not unreasonable and 4 failed service calls does not justify a replacement. They won't give me what is a reasonable number of failed repair attempts. Anybody willing to share a success story?

I was perusing a tech sheet on a similar machine, and it stated check this this and this. Replace this board. Test. Replace this board. Test. Replace this board. Test.
As far as success stories go, once in a blue moon you can get a supervisor who had a good lunch and will work with you.
Depending on where it was purchased they may be willing to exchange it. The newer microwaves that have a series of inverter boards, a relay control, and a relay board in addition to user interfaces, membrane/touch panels, and machine relay boards are a bear to service.
