Default Duet Washer Leak under the drum

Greetings All,
Thanks for the great forum, was there life before the internet?

I'm experiencing a drip leak from the white plastic on the backside of the drum.

Looking from the front with panel removed it is located to the right of the motor directly behind the black rubber drain. (it's not coming from the drain)

Any clue?

thanks

Model GHW9200LW0

Hi,

Try to pinpoint where the leak is coming from, use a flashlight or floodlight.

I've seen a couple outer tub shell cracks on the Duets in the last 8 years.

You have a 10 yr. warranty on the outer tub from Whirlpool.

Here's the warranty for your model:

Default Found it

Thanks Jake.
I took the back off and found the source.
It's coming from the white coupling that joins the small black tube to the drum. It his held in place with 2 screws and a clip on the bottom.
It looks as though one of the screws decided to leave town giving it
enough play for the gasket to become unseated.

I'll pick up a screw today and see if it is indeed the problem.

I have my washer and dryer stacked and although appear to be level my washer still spins very very rough. I think I'll un stack them to try to get a more level washer.

thanks again for everything
