Hi guys, I have a problem ive never seen before and hope you have, This calypso, (sorrry, no md. #) is tearing apart towels. I do notice it does it in a circle, the same size as the tub outer wall. It seems to be pulling the threads out in a 2 inch band, Ever hear such a thing?

We've had a few members report the same, its likely you'll need a new washplate.
