I can't use any of the buttons to heat up food except the add minute button. What's wrong?

The ribbon cable to the touch pad may have come loose, needs to be cleaned, or one of the wires has broken. If you take the grill off and remove the screw that holds the control panel in place, then you can slide the panel up and get to the control board. There is a ribbon cable on one side you can disconnect from the board and try cleaning the contact ends with a pencil eraser, then reinstall it making sure the connector locks back in place. If that doesn't do it, then a new touch pad would be in order. Try that and verify your model number including any ending numbers if you need further assistance.
