Hello ... I have a Roper washer that is 15+ years old (model number AL6245VW1). During a wash the larger agitator piece at the bottom of the drum appears to be working correctly and spins when appropriate. The part that rests on top of the agitator called Mover-agit (I think) doesn't appear to be working. It limply rides along with the agitator underneath it. When I grab onto the Mover-agit I can spin it freely either direction, which I don't think is supposed to happen.
I can easily remove the parts to this but don't know what ones to replace to fix the problem. The cam-agit (dog-agit) pieces don't look warn too much. I don't know ... any help would be much appreciated. thank you ... |
