Default [FIXED] whirlpool FWF9200SQ00 F 70

2 yr old washer quit working and displayed F70.which is a heartbeat error, the door was locked and the machine responds to nothing on the key pad. Diagnostics cannot be entered. The tech sheet said to replace the central control board if the drum was not turning. So this is what I did. The machine came on as it should. Pushed the machine back into place and it quit working. continuity has been checked between the central control and the user interface. I'm now assuming the user interface needs to be replaced, but there are 2 user interfaces can someone tell me what I should do next

Thanks,

Ok so your model# is WFW9200SQ00

I haven't run into this F70 error code on this newer model HE5, but from reading other posts on our site and other sites, its looking like is a user interface problem like you mentioned, but I'm not sure which user interface is the problem.

You can order both of them listed here and return the one you don't need for a full refund within 30 days.

Here's the center user interface for your model:
Manufacturer's Number: W10168596
icon

Here's the right side user interface for your model:
Manufacturer's Number: W10191965
icon

I also have a 2 year old duet (same model.) I am getting the same error. I took apart the lower pump cleanout and found a small wash rag. Is there a way to diagnose which part is giving me the error? It seems similar to the issue of the original poster. Is it possible the washrag damaged the pump and that is what is causing the error?
If you have a 30 day return policy for parts, I probably should order both control boards and the pump, see which is causing the problem, and then return the items not needed?
any help/comments are much appreciated.

thanks,

Not that I'm aware of.

Yes, all parts you order through our site come with a 30 day full refund installed or not.

Here's the water pump for your model:
Manufacturer's Number: 280187

Jake,
I found the service sheet in the waher and checked th e continuity of the pump. It is where it should be. According to that, and the F70 error, it states that i need to replace the CCU. Is that this part?

thanks
