Default [FIXED] Whirlpool Washer

Hey guys, I've got a Whirlpool washer, model #WTW5540 SQO. Washer will not fill. No power to fill valve. Spins fine, but no water. Thanks in advance for the help and all the help in the past.

So when you start a cycle you hear nothing and no voltage to the water inlet valve?

Does it does this on all the wash cycles? also try the rinse cycles.

Sounds like a bad timer.

Manufacturer part number 8577356 is RepairClinic item number 1181085

Jake, there's no sound & no voltage to the water valve. Does this on all cycles. Thanks.

Yes, then it sounds like the timer is the issue.

Jake, thanks for the help. Got the washer going. While taking the old timer off to replace just happened to find a burned wire in the wiring harness. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. You guys never fail to come through.
