    Default Intermitant Stop - Start

    Model Number: KBMS1454RSS 0
    Brand: KitchenAid

    Hi, my kitchenaid microwave, once started, sometimes starts, stops then restarts...multiple times. It's like it has an electrical short. Also, the clock is losing about three minutes / day, so I think electricity may be getting cut off momentarily, as well?

    The microwave cooks fairly normal, but just with fits and starts! Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

    Not overly familier with this style....many of these or not up here with me.

    Kicking in and out....one would/should check things in the main power.....house wire ( something loose ), plug/outlet, line filter, fuse/fuse holder ( inside the unit ), cold solder joint on the board, etc.

    I found a Tech sheet manual on line.
