Hi, I am new to this forum and found it while trying to research a problem I am having with my whirlpool duets (about 3 years old). I couldn't find a thread with this same issue so here goes. We have mold growing in our whirlpool duet washer on the gray plastic thing around the drum (forgive me for not knowing the proper part names), on the part that shows when you pull back the gray thing, and in the soap dispenser compartment. We clean and clean it and it comes back. We are careful not to use too much soap. We tried running hot water cycles with bleach. And we leave the door to the washer open when a load is done to help dry out.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Any other suggestions?
