Default Drain problem with my Whirlpool washer.

The washer is going through its wash cycle and when its done the water is not draining the water. Anyone know what’s going on? The washer is less the a year old. I'm hoping its a problem I can fix.

Thank you in advance for any help that is offered.

Model number: GVW9959KQ2 Type: 170 Whirlpool Calypso Washer.

Check your drain hose and the drain outlet where the drain hose goes into for clogs or kinks.

If your washer is less than a year old, you still have warranty on it. Contact Whirlpool to have a tech. come out for free to check it.
