Default Kitchenaid Ensemble

Is there anyway to increase the amount of water used in the wash cycle on the Kitchenaid Ensemble Superba washer? If the soak setting adds an additional 3 gallons of water, there must be some adjustment n the circuit board that controls how much water the machine will use on the regular wash setting. The machine simply does not add enough water to wash the clothes properly. This may be what the manufacturers believe is sufficient water to clean the clothes but if I add a few more gallons through the soap dispenser, the clothes come out must cleaner and freshener.

Sorry, on this model, there isn't a way to adjust the amount of water it puts in on the regular cycle. If you still have a warranty on it, Contact KitchenAid and if they can't resolve this for you talk to the store manager where you bought it from to see if they can exchange it for a different brand or model.
