I have a Kenmore Elite model 106.57703701 that the water dispenser stopped working all of a sudden. It makes an audible click on the lower side of the fridge when the dispenser button is pressed. Any ideas?

Is the ice maker still making ice and getting water to fill it?
Pull your refrigerator out from the wall, then remove the lower back access panel, then unmount the water inlet valve where your water supply line connects to, then remove the larger diameter plastic water tubing under the valve, then get something to catch water in and put it under the valve, then have someone press the water dispenser lever and see if water comes out of that valve directly.
If no water comes out then its a bad valve.
Here's the water inlet valve for your model you can order here if needed:
Manufacturer part number W10159839 is RepairClinic item number 1389142

Jake, Finally got to check water inlet valve... Please advise
Jake,
Ice maker is still making ice....
Water did not come out of the water inlet valve when I disconected the larger diameter plastic tubing and had my wife press the water dispenser button....does this mean it is a bad water inlet valve even though it is still making ice?
Thanks,
MLC05

Jake!
You hooked me up a few years ago with this exact problem and now I have it again.
(Different fridge, same model - Whirlpool ED20DFXEB01)
The problem - the unit makes ice as normal but dispenses no water. The part I replaced before looks just like the blue valve in the pics here. Got a part number for me?
And, I think my neighbor has the same problem. Condos, so we have the same appliances but I'll confirm her model number and get back to you in a follow up if I need to. Otherwise, I think we'll be ordering two of them...
