Default Electric Super Capacity 465 - Oven LED "LOC" (Oven door will open but won't heat)

I have an all electric Whirlpool Super Capacity 465 range. The oven will not work. The stove top works fine. The oven is controlled by the key pad by selecting bake, then moving the up or down button to the desired temp. On the LED, it has "LOC" in red letters & no temp can be set. The oven door is not locked, & will open, but it will not turn on.

    Please advise,

    Terry

Try unplugging your range for 5 minutes to get rid of that LOC error.

Here is service bulletin on it:

It says you would need this part:
Oven bake burner tube assembly with spark igniter
