Default Whirlpool Super Capacity 465 / Gas Oven

Having problems with the 465 Gas Oven. Near as I can tell, symptoms are:

1) No longer beeps (not when timer reaches zero, not when any buttons are touched, not ever).
2) When oven is initially started, it used to count down while preheating. It no longer counts down. Time still displays when oven off, oven set temperature still displays when oven on, can still set the timer and timer counts down - but when initially starting the oven, the automatic countdown during the preheating does not come up.
3) Oven does not turn on at 320 degrees or under. That is, press Bake, set temp to 320 or less, press Start - nothing. But, if I press Bake, set oven to 325 or higher, press Start - oven starts normally.
4) Oven does not stop heating. I have not put a thermometer in the oven, so am assuming that it reaches 325 degrees, but the flame never goes out - keeps heating until oven manually turned off.

Thanks for suggestions!
Jeff

Whats the model# of your range? Its located on the bottom front behind your storage drawer on the left or right side.

Sounds like your electronic clock/oven control board is bad.

But I always ohm the oven sensor out first. Your oven sensor should read 1100 ohms at room temp.

Model number is F357PEKT

Yes, I am inclined to believe it's the control board.

Update...I unplugged the power supply, left unplugged for a few minutes, plugged it back in. Everything seems to function normally now.

I can't find that model#, please recheck it.

Glad its starting to work again, if it keeps doing it again, its likely the control board malfunctioning and you would need a new one.
