Question Whirlpool GR448LXPS Won't Heat up

I have a 3 1/2 year old Whirlpool Gold GR448LXPS Electric Range. After setting temperature and pressing start the heating elements never turn red. Even when I set it to auto clean the elements do not turn red. It does eventually heat up, but it now takes 40-45mins to cook what used to take 12-15mins. Any suggestions? Thank you.
