Default Whirlpool Estate Range

Model #TEP340VQ0. I have very little experience with the glass top cooktops. Have changed a lot of elements. Complaint is that all the burners cut on & off constantly. With the switch on high it will stay on longer. I think it is normal, but customer does not think so. The range is not very old. I would think that the elements cycle on & off to keep a constant temp. Is this normal for a glass top range? Thanks.

Sounds normal to me. They need to cycle on and off even on the highest setting.
