Default Whirlpool frig/freezer not cold

Whirlpool model #ED5RHEXMQ00 compressor running however both freezer and frig are not cold. Does anyone have any ideas?

They both are not even cool at all, just warm inside? If thats the case then you likely have a compressor/sealed system problem.

I should clarify. The fan is running and I'm not sure if the compressor is.
Both sides are warm.

Lets make completely sure the compressor is running, pull your refrigerator out from the wall take off the lower back access cover and put your hand on it and see if its running. If its warm and not running while your fans are running, then its possibibly your compressor start device relay thats out.

Here’s the compressor start relay for this model, it comes with complete instructions:

The starter relay rattles like a snake.
