    Default Whirlpool quiet partner III GU2500XTPS7

    Model Number: GU2500XTPS7
    Brand: Whirlpool

    Dishwasher panel buttons wont work, normal button blinking continueously,start/resume button wont. cancel button works and tries to drain but dosent reset,pots and pans button when pressed does the same thing as the cancel button. turned power off for an hour no change.

    Also when the washer was working, the soap door would not open during the cycle. stayed locked!

    Hi Mike,

    Sounds like you have 2 problems, but the main issue is your control panel keypad is bad, so replace that and it may resolve the dispenser issue as well.
