Default whirlpool quiet wash plus won't start cycle

    Model Number: DU920QWDB3
    Brand: Whirlpool
    Age: 6-10 years

    Dead Whirlpool dishwasher:
The lights on the panel work, and they do respond to button inputs to change cycles....but the unit will never turn on. I do hear a slight click internally after I hit hit the start button, but beyond that the dishwasher does nothing. Does not fill with water, does not hum, nothing. Cancel/drain button works fine. I did check the thermal fuse, and that appears to be OK. ( I disconnected the fuse, and the front panel doesn't work at all. I didn't ohm out the fuse.)
    Thanks for any input.
